Josh started his educational studies at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI where he received his AAS in Baking & Pastry Arts, and a BS in Food Service Management. After his undergrad studies, he worked for a 4-star hotel (now 5-star) where he focused on the finer details of the hospitality industry.

Josh moved to Pasadena, CA back in 2000 where he started working as a Pastry Chef Instructor at the California School of Culinary Arts (now Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Los Angeles). Currently, he is a Lead Chef Instructor.

Since Josh has been in California, he has attained professional certifications from the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Working Pastry Chef and a Certified Culinary Educator. Additionally, Josh received his MBA from the University of Phoenix. In 2011/2012, the journey of obtaining a degree in Nutrition begins where eventually he’d like to become a Registered Dietician.

Photography has always been a hobby for Josh where he learned from his grandfather, and his father. His grandfather actually had a dark room in his basement where he used to print his very own pictures.
